Rigoberto Nazario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Rigoberto Nazario successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 88 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Petruț Fințescu came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Argentinos Juniors's Bartlomiej Mosiniak got a free kick in the 90th minute. Rigoberto Nazario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Argentinos Juniors fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mexico had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
