Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nick Stark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the game, Cassius Byrne cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. 洪斌鹏 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Nick Stark managed to get in a good position for a shot. ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院's supporters rose to their feet, but Nick Stark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The ≮王者归来≯湖北经管学院 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
