Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Conni Viehl got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Heiner Wirtz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Bonito Teufer could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Benito Sanz however easily saved by the left post. After 9 played minutes Fc Schönhagen 1 got a freekick which was hit by Erik Piller. In the 14thth minute of the game Conni Viehl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Conni Viehl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erik Piller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conni Viehl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. After 34 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Alcocer. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Bonito Teufer scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 2-0. 38 minutes into the game, Mustafa Schneller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Schönhagen 1's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Costa Rica the free kick. In the 39th minute, Axel Tasis sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fc Schönhagen 1's Anjo Gafus didn't even have to move. In the 41st minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anjo Gafus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anjo Gafus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Puig in the 42nd minute of the match. After 48 minutes, Heiner Wirtz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Schönhagen 1 and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th match minute, Fc Schönhagen 1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heiner Wirtz to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Tasis to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Bonito Teufer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bonito Teufer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonito Teufer in the 56th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Conni Viehl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Piller in the 63rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Conni Viehl came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conni Viehl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonito Teufer, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Conni Viehl came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Conni Viehl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Piller in the 83rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conni Viehl took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conni Viehl in the 88th minute of play. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Piller in the 90th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Alcocer. Conni Viehl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere.
