Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Gilberto Garaile notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ecuador fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Milyo Gelovski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Milyo Gelovski threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Andino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Milyo Gelovski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Milyo Gelovski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luis Andino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Milyo Gelovski made a huge save. Milyo Gelovski made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Milyo Gelovski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, FC Zhelezna's goalkeeper Milyo Gelovski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Milyo Gelovski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Gilberto Garaile ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half FC Zhelezna were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when FC Zhelezna's Gilberto Garaile fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Garaile, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Milyo Gelovski was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. 68 minutes into the match, FC Zhelezna's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Milyo Gelovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Garaile in the 74th minute. If Gilberto Garaile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 77 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Garaile. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Gilberto Garaile sent off a good shot on target. Gilberto Garaile's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute FC Zhelezna were awarded a corner. Tim Vereeken went to the cornerflag to take it. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milyo Gelovski having to interfere. Milyo Gelovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 87th minute of play. A well done corner resulted in Agustín Saelices drilling the ball in to score 2-3 behind FC Zhelezna's goalkeeper. Niko Kranjčar kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Gilberto Garaile got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of FC Zhelezna were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Ecuador side.
