Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Chile's Mariano Lacasa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After taking down the ball on Rondeau AFC's corner Roger Vianna fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thiago Pliego quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Pirlo got free with Thiago Pliego in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariano Lacasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Alirio Oyuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alirio Oyuela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Casaus's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Andreas Pirlo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Rondeau AFC's zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alirio Oyuela came out of the goal and Mariano Lacasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas Pirlo took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Rondeau AFC's Alirio Oyuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 29th minute of play. Hipolito Misael took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Alirio Oyuela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alirio Oyuela saved Rondeau AFC from getting behind. 42 minutes into the match, Rondeau AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Alirio Oyuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andreas Pirlo to strike the kick off in the second half. Rondeau AFC's Alirio Oyuela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Rondeau AFC from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Pirlo came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alirio Oyuela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Roger Vianna was slow to take the kick. During this time Rondeau AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Rondeau AFC's Juan Pablo Sorin to fire away a dangerous shot which Thiago Pliego despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 71 minutes Chile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roger Vianna who took care of the corner kick. Orlando Casaus kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rondeau AFC's Bernardo Luzea got a free kick in the 90th minute. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chile's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
