Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jorge Torcida kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolome Moracia came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Bartolome Moracia sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Olo Uriarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miliano Roza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 minutes, Jorge Torcida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caaguazu and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Caaguazu's Jorge Torcida got a free kick in the 25th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Olo Uriarte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 30 minutes into the match, Jorge Torcida notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pankracy Kasiewski made in the 33rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Miliano Roza however managed to control. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteban Carvallo during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Honduras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 39 minutes, Caaguazu's Bartolome Moracia got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lautaro Navarro. The supporters of Honduras booed when Caaguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miliano Roza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goalkeeper Olo Uriarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Villa. After 52 minutes of play, Caaguazu's Bartolome Moracia made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 59th minute of play forced Caaguazu's goalkeeper Olo Uriarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolome Moracia in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Jorge Torcida had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Torcida was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Bartolome Moracia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 75 minutes Caaguazu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Edmundo Espiga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Olo Uriarte quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Jorge Torcida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caaguazu's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Torcida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olo Uriarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 80th minute of play. Jorge Torcida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Many of Honduras's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Honduras may have spent more time on the ball, but Caaguazu were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
