Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mariano Lacasa kicked off to start the match. In the 9th match minute, Compostela FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percival Cabral to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Loramendi came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justino Loramendi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaroslaw Niezgoda in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. 31 minutes into the game, Mauro Paulista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Compostela FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Compostela FSCMZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Chile. Mariano Lacasa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cesar Peyo. 1-1. After 37 played minutes Chicão Cerezo rounded Chile's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Cesar Peyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Peyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xavier Figueroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cesar Peyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Carballar to maneuver through the defense. If Justino Loramendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaroslaw Niezgoda to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Chicão Cerezo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Chicão Cerezo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Percival Cabral hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Loramendi in the 57th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Peyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Justino Loramendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Chile booed when Compostela FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Kornatowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Compostela FSCMZ's Robert Kornatowski got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Cesar Peyo made a huge save. Percival Cabral made in the 85th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Boruc Poling immediately put the ball in play. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Compostela FSCMZ's goalkeeper Cesar Peyo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesar Peyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 88th minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boruc Poling in the 96th minute of play. Compostela FSCMZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chile for a fine match.
