The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Seroczyn's Arkadiusz Donnarumma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 26th minute of play. Ahmet Refik Seci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arkadiusz Donnarumma came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arkadiusz Donnarumma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Seroczyn getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Sadri Oncubay hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 54th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Arkadiusz Donnarumma. FC Seroczyn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sadri Oncubay during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes FC Seroczyn got a freekick which was hit by Sadri Oncubay. Arkadiusz Donnarumma was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patricio Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 59 minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Seroczyn's Sadri Oncubay got a free kick in the 61st minute. Cai Cubero charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cai Cubero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Arkadiusz Donnarumma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, FC Seroczyn's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Donnarumma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Rain Judin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 84 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patricio Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arkadiusz Donnarumma having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arkadiusz Donnarumma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venezuela were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over FC Seroczyn's much stronger midfield.
