Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wojciech Barycz started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Onyx's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Zdzislaw Domarecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zdzislaw Domarecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 7 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. After having played for 13 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to interfere. Zdzislaw Domarecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to make a save. Zdzislaw Domarecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zdzislaw Domarecki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 33rdth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zdzislaw Domarecki in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zdzislaw Domarecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Jurand Jaraczeski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Jurand Jaraczeski took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 60 played minutes Onyx got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Gargasz. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurand Jaraczeski in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Onyx's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Zdzislaw Domarecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zdzislaw Domarecki made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Onyx's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zdzislaw Domarecki in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Emrys Hannah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Felix Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
