Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Lautaro Barahona was extremely unlucky when he, in the 3rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Saúl Cortés breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Academia Juvenil Wenumapu's Salvatore Gandarillas got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 16 in the game by Lautaro Barahona from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Carlos Saúl Cortés showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Lautaro Barahona lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. 29 minutes into the game, Lautaro Barahona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomas Illescas got in the 33rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Carlos Saúl Cortés handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 33rd play minutes Tomas Illescas shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Carlos Saúl Cortés and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Saúl Cortés was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Salvador Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of Academia Juvenil Wenumapu booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lautaro Barahona was the one to do the kick off. Jose Maria Jaramillo charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Maria Jaramillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes Academia Juvenil Wenumapu got a freekick which was hit by Jose Maria Jaramillo. After a rather tough play, Academia Juvenil Wenumapu's Héctor David Pechini got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 53rd minute of the match, Tomas Illescas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carlos Saúl Cortés was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 57th minute Lautaro Barahona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Barahona in the 61st minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Academia Juvenil Wenumapu's Lautaro Barahona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Carlos Saúl Cortés showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. When Academia Juvenil Wenumapu's Lautaro Barahona in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lautaro Barahona in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jose Maria Jaramillo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute, Salvador Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 93 minutes, Lautaro Barahona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia Juvenil Wenumapu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Barahona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Academia Juvenil Wenumapu were the better team. Academia Juvenil Wenumapu's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
