Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mats Bruse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Christian Sancho hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Honduras's Sebastian Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mats Bruse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mats Bruse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Esteban Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Bo-Erik Fagrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ultra Boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Bo-Erik Fagrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mats Bruse came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Ultra Boys players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Åke Walmarsson to make the kick off. Bo-Erik Fagrell hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Moises Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mats Bruse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When Åke Walmarsson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ultra Boys's Mats Bruse was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 71 in the game by Edmundo Espiga from a close distance when the talented Mats Bruse managed to make a qualified save. Ultra Boys's players were relieved. Luca Espinar kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Mats Bruse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ultra Boys's Arne Martinsson got a free kick in the 79th minute. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, William Ekeberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ultra Boys's Ernst Stenqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Ove Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmundo Espiga missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 96 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Mats Bruse right hand side. Honduras played a much better game than Ultra Boys and deserved their victory. The Ultra Boys players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
