After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Maximo Oriol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Maximo Oriol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Oriol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Oriol in the 15th minute of the match. Vanyo Budevski struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szybcy i Wściekli. Kacper Tobias was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Patricio Costa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Patricio Costa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Maximo Oriol charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximo Oriol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes Szybcy i Wściekli got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Oriol. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Maximo Oriol sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vanyo Budevski in the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Alfred Huratiak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

58 minutes into the match, Szybcy i Wściekli's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Kacper Tobias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes Szybcy i Wściekli got a freekick which was hit by Vanyo Budevski. 69 minutes into the game, Cyprian Jarocewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Szybcy i Wściekli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Szybcy i Wściekli's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Szybcy i Wściekli's Kacper Tobias did a great save. In the 75th match minute, Szybcy i Wściekli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Huratiak to maneuver through the defense. After 76 played minutes Szybcy i Wściekli got a freekick which was hit by Vanyo Budevski. Maximo Oriol might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximo Oriol ran back to his position shaking his head. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them.
