In the 20th minute, Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Herrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Carlos Herrera managed to get in a good position for a shot. ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Herrera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 40th minute of play forced ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s goalkeeper Bartolo Idacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Carlos Herrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Many of Chile's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Chile may have spent more time on the ball, but ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡ were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
