Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Cadu Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Sanches didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gelu Lepuș saved Cadu Team from getting behind. Válbson Paiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Válbson Paiva in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Gelu Lepuș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute. Válbson Paiva in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gelu Lepuș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Válbson Paiva hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute of play. Hugo Alcântara charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Alcântara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válbson Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mattias Downing's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mattias Downing helped the player get up and apologised. Daniel Zorita scored 0-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gelu Lepuș, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 53rd minute of play forced Cadu Team's goalkeeper Gelu Lepuș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Válbson Paiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Cadu Team's goalkeeper Gelu Lepuș had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válbson Paiva in the 62nd minute of the match. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Cadu Team from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cadu Team! Gelu Lepuș had in the 66thth minute some difficulties stopping Daniel Zorita's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Gelu Lepuș came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cadu Team made a substitution. Teodoro Lago replaced Renato Barral. Gelu Lepuș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 75 minutes of play, Cadu Team's Mattias Downing made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Cadu Team from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Hugo Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Hugo Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gelu Lepuș made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 85th minute. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Gelu Lepuș made a huge save. Hugo Alcântara got his second yellow card in the match during the 90th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Cadu Team's Hugo Alcântara got a free kick in the 91st minute. 95 minutes into the match, Cadu Team's goalkeeper Gelu Lepuș had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Mazinho Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Gelu Lepuș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. A collision led to Cadu Team getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Mazinho Barreto hit a great ball. Ecuador played a much better game than Cadu Team and deserved their victory. The Cadu Team players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
