After 14 played minutes dock龙湖 got a freekick which was hit by 柳卫烨. When 方宁梁 came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the dock龙湖 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 方宁梁 couldn't finish the play. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 唐雄挺 having to interfere. The audience was convinced that 方宁梁's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by 邱伟皓 in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. 唐雄挺 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 36th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 方宁梁 in the 37th minute of play. 唐雄挺 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Villa went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 唐雄挺 saved dock龙湖 from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when 秦克松 made the kick off in the second half. 方宁梁 hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute, Sebastian Villa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 唐雄挺 was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 58 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. 唐雄挺 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 唐雄挺 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. When dock龙湖's 秦克松 in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 唐雄挺 having to interfere. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 78th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 唐雄挺 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when 秦克松 came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, one of dock龙湖:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Honduras. Edmundo Espiga stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving 唐雄挺. 5-0. Esteban Carvallo's late challenge caught a dock龙湖's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Carvallo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Esteban Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by 方宁梁 got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 91 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. 唐雄挺 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. dock龙湖's 唐雄挺 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 95th minute of play. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Honduras were the better team. Honduras's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
