Fernandinho Muslera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Jose Carita in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AntuFB's Işıkalp Baykara. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yusuf Bahadır Kunt in the 10th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by AntuFB's Yusuf Bahadır Kunt. But to his dismay, Yusuf Bahadır Kunt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 12th minute, Işıkalp Baykara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernandinho Muslera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Fernandinho Muslera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. With an all-out effort, Panama's Fernandinho Muslera threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Berganza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 24 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Aybar Samih came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Isidoro Sarmiento kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernandinho Muslera. That made the score 2-1 in the 27 minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yusuf Bahadır Kunt, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aybar Samih in the 36th minute of the match. Fernandinho Muslera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. AntuFB's Fernandinho Muslera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 39th minute of play. AntuFB's attentive Mustafa Necati Onuk managed to snatch the ball when Matthew Garrido made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Barrios during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, AntuFB's Norm Mcinnes tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fernandinho Muslera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Miralles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Berganza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fernandinho Muslera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th match minute, AntuFB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aybar Samih to maneuver through the defense. AntuFB's Fernandinho Muslera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 59th minute of play. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Işıkalp Baykara kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Fernandinho Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 72nd minute of play. Marcos Cotilla was a little too slow when Aybar Samih got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 2-2. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Aybar Samih tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner ended in Norm Mcinnes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla did a great save. In the 88th minute Miguel Miralles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandinho Muslera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alex Cambeiro fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Alex Cambeiro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of AntuFB booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aybar Samih fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
