Gazanfer Sabeddins short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Joaquin Gayoso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fernandinho Muslera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 17th minute of the match. In the 20thth minute of the game Aybar Samih who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aybar Samih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aybar Samih got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gazanfer Sabeddin hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Aybar Samih got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute, Ali Haydar Yiğithan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aybar Samih could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. After 47 played minutes AntuFB got a freekick which was hit by Norm Mcinnes. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

AntuFB's Fernandinho Muslera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save AntuFB from getting a goal against them. Aybar Samih's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. After having played for 72 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernandinho Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 75th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, AntuFB's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Fernandinho Muslera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Ali Haydar Yiğithan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AntuFB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. A collision led to AntuFB getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ali Haydar Yiğithan hit a great ball. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernandinho Muslera came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Aybar Samih ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The Uruguay players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
