Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alfredo Di Stéfano kicked off to start the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Haglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Nikifor Vekov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nikifor Vekov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind JET-M's goalkeeper Nikifor Vekov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lu Wei Zheng kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, JET-M's goalkeeper Nikifor Vekov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Nikifor Vekov in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Felix Montenegro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nikifor Vekov. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind JET-M's goalkeeper Nikifor Vekov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to JET-M getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Lu Wei Zheng hit a great ball. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 37 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bozhko Staevski who took care of the corner kick. Bozhko Staevski made a great header on JET-M's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. When Lu Wei Zheng was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. After 40 played minutes JET-M got a freekick which was hit by Lu Wei Zheng. In the 42nd minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nikifor Vekov was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. The supporters of Ecuador booed when JET-M was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Șerban Chirițescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, JET-M's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Nikifor Vekov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nikifor Vekov quite easily take care of the ball. If Quinton Ladra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. JET-M's Nikifor Vekov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mirolyub Radin in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bozhko Staevski was slow to take the kick. During this time JET-M's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Bozhko Staevski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. After some careless play in the JET-M defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nikifor Vekov. The JET-M fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nikifor Vekov should have stopped the shot. 77 minutes into the match, JET-M's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Nikifor Vekov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikifor Vekov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 80th minute of the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when JET-M's Mirolyub Radin in the 83rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Julio Vera was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Ecuador through an amazing save. In the 86th minute Mirolyub Radin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirolyub Radin in the 87th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 minutes, Șerban Chirițescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JET-M and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 95 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
