Šahzudin Burić hit a great ball. 8 minutes in the game Primitivo Andino did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felix Montenegro. The throw-in from Primitivo Andino in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Pierońskie Hanysy's Miromir Burdalski. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but István Sipos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. István Sipos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but István Sipos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni Araújo in the 41st minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after FC Pierońskie Hanysy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Luis Andino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and István Sipos quite easily take care of the ball. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Luis Andino sped through FC Pierońskie Hanysy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of István Sipos. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geovanni Araújo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Geovanni Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, FC Pierońskie Hanysy's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but István Sipos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without István Sipos having to interfere. After having played for 74 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without István Sipos having to interfere. FC Pierońskie Hanysy's István Sipos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save FC Pierońskie Hanysy from getting a goal against them. István Sipos made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Ettur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador played a much better game than FC Pierońskie Hanysy and deserved their victory. The FC Pierońskie Hanysy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
