Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lunatics of Arianrhod were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Hibai took the corner. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Cristoforo Tammaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristoforo Tammaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Joel Hibai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Fedele Panza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute, Dário Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 31 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. Alberto Tafalla scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristoforo Tammaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lunatics of Arianrhod's Cristoforo Tammaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lunatics of Arianrhod's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Lautaro Mancebo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristoforo Tammaro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 40th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Tammaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristoforo Tammaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 44th minute. The corner led Mexico's Leonardo Leoz to fire away a dangerous shot which Cristoforo Tammaro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 48 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cristoforo Tammaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Lunatics of Arianrhod players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Francesco Romino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute, Luca Zorita fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cristoforo Tammaro, passed just outside the right post. When Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. Fedele Panza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Cristoforo Tammaro made a huge save. When Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai in 69 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Dante Lacasa guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Martini in the 71st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Makis Galopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Makis Galopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Lunatics of Arianrhod was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Makis Galopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Lunatics of Arianrhod's goalkeeper Cristoforo Tammaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luca Zorita. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Hibai in the 83rd minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Martini came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristoforo Tammaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Hibai in the 99th minute of the match.
