The corner led AUcimont's Guilian Hombroeckx to fire away a dangerous shot which Nicklas Vennerlund despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nicklas Vennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steven Pulix in the 10th minute of play. Nicklas Vennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilian Hombroeckx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th match minute, El Patriarca ® was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Eron to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Steven Pulix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicklas Vennerlund was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. The referee gave Cosme Eron a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to El Patriarca ® getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Cosme Eron hit a great ball. After some careless play in the El Patriarca ® defense, Steven Pulix kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicklas Vennerlund. The El Patriarca ® fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicklas Vennerlund should have stopped the shot. El Patriarca ®'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guilian Hombroeckx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The tension between the El Patriarca ® and the AUcimont players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AUcimont booed when El Patriarca ® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Eduardo Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 49 played minutes, AUcimont's Maurice Luijten shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicklas Vennerlund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AUcimont reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Nicklas Vennerlund yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Xander-Paul Van der Meiren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, AUcimont's Steven Pulix ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nicklas Vennerlund. Nicklas Vennerlund yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Nicklas Vennerlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xander-Paul Van der Meiren in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xander-Paul Van der Meiren in the 65th minute of play forced El Patriarca ®'s goalkeeper Nicklas Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Steven Pulix reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicklas Vennerlund. The goal made the score 0-8. After 69th play minutes Guilian Hombroeckx shot 0-9, a short shot which went by Nicklas Vennerlund and just under the crossbar into goal. The AUcimont fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. AUcimont's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
