Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mariano Lacasa made the kick off and thus started the match. 2 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Wouter Gijselinckx came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gillis Degens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Wouter Gijselinckx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Wouter Gijselinckx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Van Eyken in the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gillis Degens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frederik Van Beringhen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. Gillis Degens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Tamayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Jan-Simon Musseeuw was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KFC Welden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. Chile's Julio Aguayo was substituted for Guillermo Fontirroig. After 23 played minutes KFC Welden got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Simon Musseeuw. In the 24th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gillis Degens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gillis Degens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Carballar in the 25th minute of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Wouter Gijselinckx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gerardo Pozo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Chile's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Kristen Spoelberghe scored to the left of an out of position Thiago Pliego, making the score, 1-0. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gillis Degens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Gillis Degens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wouter Gijselinckx was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Pozo to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, KFC Welden's Raf De Weijngaert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 63 minutes of play, KFC Welden's Kristen Spoelberghe made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gillis Degens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. KFC Welden's Gillis Degens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Welden from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Gillis Degens in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chile were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after KFC Welden's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. The throw-in from Vincent Dejonghe in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chile's Alan Tamayo. KFC Welden's Jose Van Eyken got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orlando Casaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Gillis Degens made a huge save. When Jan-Simon Musseeuw was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Orlando Casaus hit a great ball. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Chile's Mariano Lacasa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Gillis Degens in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henri-Xavier Van den Dries in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Many of Chile's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Chile may have spent more time on the ball, but KFC Welden were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
