The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Franco got free with Jeremy Blomme in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wyatt Jeffers took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cordario Encina. Cordario Encina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 29th minute Tomas Abello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordario Encina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wyatt Jeffers couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmet Kutsi Hanbeyi to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Kucandana Fastergaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jeremy Blomme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 52 minutes of play, Nacional Potosí's Tomas Abello made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cordario Encina was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56th minute, Tomás Franco made a precise shot to the right of Jeremy Blomme. Nacional Potosí's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. April 25 SC made a substitution. José Rivera replaced Ahmet Paşa. In the 62nd minute, Nacional Potosí's Tomas Abello ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cordario Encina. Cordario Encina yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. In the 65th minute, Ahmet Kutsi Hanbeyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Abello in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cordario Encina saved April 25 SC from getting behind. Cordario Encina was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Tomas Abello capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Abello really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. After 75 played minutes April 25 SC got a freekick which was hit by Louis Alcantara. In the 77th minute, Louis Alcantara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Rivera in the 90th minute of play forced Nacional Potosí's goalkeeper Jeremy Blomme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremy Blomme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Rivera, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Nacional Potosí supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nacional Potosí would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
