The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd play minute Viktor Ambrosetti came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lautaro Navarro. 1-0. Viktor Ambrosetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Viktor Ambrosetti in the 13th minute. In the 15th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvaldo Trevisan in the 24th minute. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Yan do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edvaldo Trevisan was slow to take the kick. During this time Ubatuba's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ubatuba's Edvaldo Trevisan to fire away a dangerous shot which Lautaro Navarro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

52 minutes into the match, Luiz Paulo Pereira notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 57 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. After 58 minutes, Esteban Carvallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the Ubatuba players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Carvallo. After having played for 59 minutes, Edvaldo Trevisan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ubatuba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvaldo Trevisan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valdomiro Barros made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. In the 64th minute, Emanuel Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Viktor Ambrosetti made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Armando Tavares hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Yan do Valle but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 71st minute of play forced Ubatuba's goalkeeper Yan do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Yan do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natã do Vale in the 74th minute of play. After 76 minutes, Jiří Brázdil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ubatuba and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ubatuba getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jiří Brázdil hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Edmundo Espiga fired a really elegant long shot, but Yan do Valle threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. A throw-in in the 79th minute of the game was made by Valentín Carvallo with Christian Sancho as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 90 minutes into the match, Honduras's Sebastian Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yan do Valle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Edmundo Espiga could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Yan do Valle however easily saved by the left post. The Ubatuba support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
