The supporters of USA booed when A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Babacar Amokachi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bora Hazer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Cassius Byrne made a precise shot to the right of Bora Hazer. A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Mcdonald came free, but Bora Hazer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 18th minute of play forced A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's goalkeeper Bora Hazer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cumali Neşat might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cumali Neşat ran back to his position shaking his head. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 23rd minute of play forced A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's goalkeeper Bora Hazer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zafer Musa took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Day. Marco Day dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Monty Rogers in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bora Hazer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cumali Neşat made a kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bora Hazer made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's Bora Hazer got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bora Hazer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 57th minute. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Bora Hazer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Monty Rogers in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bora Hazer saved A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK from getting behind. Bora Hazer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 63rd minute of the match. Bora Hazer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 64th minute. USA were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Edward Mcdonald heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. 68 minutes into the game, Monty Rogers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Bora Hazer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75th minute Cumali Neşat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cumali Neşat in the 77th minute of play. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cumali Neşat in the 78th minute of the match. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Babacar Amokachi hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Sam Campbell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bora Hazer having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Bora Hazer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 95 minutes A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jenson Smith who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Marco Baker managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When the final whistle sounded USA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK.
