After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Cecilio Manny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. 10 minutes into the game, Abraham Alguacil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Yan do Valle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 13 played minutes Ubatuba got a freekick which was hit by Natã do Vale. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 16th minute of play forced Ubatuba's goalkeeper Yan do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Pereira in the 18th minute of play. Ubatuba were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Panama's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edvaldo Trevisan took the corner. After a defensive mix-up in Ubatuba's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan do Valle came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Panama's Abraham Alguacil managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jiří Brázdil in the 25 minute of the game. In the 27th minute, Ubatuba's Viktor Ambrosetti dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Yan do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 30th minute of play. Ubatuba's Yan do Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 31st minute of play. Yan do Valle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Cambeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulo Pereira in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Barrios came free, but Yan do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan do Valle was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Abraham Alguacil capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abraham Alguacil really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulo Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natã do Vale in the 74th minute of the match. Jiří Brázdil hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Miguel Miralles dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yan do Valle, 2-4. Yan do Valle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, Tomas Berganza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. 94 minutes into the match, Ubatuba's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Yan do Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ubatuba fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
