Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haldun Bilen. Mattias Jansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mattias Jansson saved Los Frogos from getting behind. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mattias Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Frogos's Christoffer Mårtensson got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Jansson having to interfere. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christoffer Mårtensson to make the kick off. Mattias Jansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 51st minute of the match. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mattias Jansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Mattias Jansson made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 minutes Los Frogos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. After 63 played minutes Los Frogos got a freekick which was hit by Christoffer Mårtensson. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Mattias Jansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Los Frogos made a substitution. Joseph Johansson replaced Christian Vallin. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Los Frogos's Conny Kullgren was substituted for Marcus Ekblom. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mattias Jansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montenegro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Mattias Jansson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haldun Bilen in the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Mårtensson came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haldun Bilen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mieszko Lichorobiec fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Frogos's protests and gave Mieszko Lichorobiec a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Los Frogos got a freekick which was hit by Mieszko Lichorobiec. In the 89th minute Haldun Bilen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Los Frogos's Tomas Godholm broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mattias Jansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Mattias Jansson however easily saved by the left post. The Los Frogos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
