Lajos Váczi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 9 minutes, András Puja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Corrado and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lajos Váczi. The goal made the score 2-0. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after FC Corrado's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Felix Montenegro advanced and headed the ball into goal, 3-0 in the 16th minute. Lajos Váczi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from András Puja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Csaba Nagy who took care of the corner kick. Lajos Váczi made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lajos Váczi firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. Lajos Váczi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, FC Corrado's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Lajos Váczi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Csaba Nagy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Corrado's Lajos Váczi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Corrado's goalkeeper Lajos Váczi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 64 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lajos Váczi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lajos Váczi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lajos Váczi having to interfere. András Puja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Lajos Váczi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 77th minute. The corner led Ecuador's Agustín Saelices to fire away a dangerous shot which Lajos Váczi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the FC Corrado defense, Agustín Saelices kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lajos Váczi. The FC Corrado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lajos Váczi should have stopped the shot. The corner led to Ecuador's Felix Montenegro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Csaba Nagy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lajos Váczi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. Lajos Váczi came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After a rather tough play, FC Corrado's Gáspár Dobi got a free kick in the 93rd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
