Brown Deer AFC's Jack Harrison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Brown Deer AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Basil Rankin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Jack Harrison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Harrison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Harrison having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basil Rankin in the 54th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Basil Rankin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 61st minute, which Jack Harrison however easily saved by the left post. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basil Rankin in the 62nd minute of the match. Basil Rankin took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jack Harrison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Sutil kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jack Harrison. Jack Harrison yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Jack Harrison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute. Jack Harrison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Brown Deer AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Juan Sebastián Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Brown Deer AFC's Ralf Kadastu tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jack Harrison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kyle Rodrigues scored 3-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brown Deer AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
