Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Bogdan Povară sent off a good shot on target. Satyricon Black's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cornel Chiru in the 9th minute. If Bogdan Povară had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornel Chiru in the 16th minute of the match. Emil Iovulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Panama booed when Satyricon Black was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rareș Trifu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornel Chiru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 32nd minute of play forced Satyricon Black's goalkeeper Emil Iovulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Iovulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 played minutes Satyricon Black got a freekick which was hit by Dorin Romeo. Cornel Chiru got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 43 played minutes Satyricon Black got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Chiru. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandu Ecobescu made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Iovulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 minutes Satyricon Black's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abraham Alguacil who took care of the corner kick. In the 55th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Miralles to maneuver through the defense. Bogdan Povară received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandu Ecobescu in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Cotilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Satyricon Black's Emil Iovulescu got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Isidoro Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Iovulescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 70th minute, Miguel Miralles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sandu Ecobescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. Rareș Trifu hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The supporters of Satyricon Black booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Carita didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute of the match Teodor Greavu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Iovulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandu Ecobescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. With his leg Emil Iovulescu managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Panama's Abraham Alguacil fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Bogdan Povară's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Cotilla was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
