The referee ignored Satyricon Black's protests and gave Dorin Romeo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Satyricon Black getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Dorin Romeo hit a great ball. Emil Iovulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Cazalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Satyricon Black was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rareș Trifu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Satyricon Black's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Cazalla came free, but Emil Iovulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornel Chiru got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Iovulescu having to interfere. Bogdan Povară kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute of the game Teodor Greavu made a throw-in which Bogdan Povară played forward. Satyricon Black's Cornel Chiru got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Satyricon Black was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ioan Pavelescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Seco scored 0-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Iovulescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emil Iovulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Satyricon Black getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dorin Romeo hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cornel Chiru to make the kick off. Teodor Greavu's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodor Greavu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th match minute, Satyricon Black was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Greavu to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Escribano in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Iovulescu saved Satyricon Black from getting behind. Emil Iovulescu made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano sent off a good shot on target. In the 56thth minute of the game Maximiliano Escribano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Satyricon Black's Emil Iovulescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornel Chiru, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornel Chiru in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodor Greavu made in the 65th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bogdan Povară. Emil Iovulescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 72nd minute. With a little luck, Satyricon Black's Emil Iovulescu got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Francisco Seco hit a great ball. Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Emil Iovulescu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cornel Chiru's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. The Uruguay players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
