Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nereo Nevada hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Ecuador:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Despidida AFC:s goal. When Cristian Sancho, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 24 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Hernan Eleazar was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albino Argider's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Hernan Eleazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of the match. Despidida AFC's Hernan Eleazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense. Hernan Eleazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albino Argider to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Eleazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Despidida AFC's Hernan Eleazar. Hernan Eleazar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th minute Faustino Gaztea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Despidida AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Hernan Eleazar, making the score, 1-3. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hernan Eleazar came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 72nd minute. 78 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Despidida AFC the free kick. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Despidida AFC's Hernan Eleazar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Despidida AFC from getting a goal against them. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hernan Eleazar firmly grabbed it by the left post. 85 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Hernan Eleazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernan Eleazar was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. After some careless play in the Despidida AFC defense, Luis Andino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernan Eleazar. The Despidida AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernan Eleazar should have stopped the shot. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
