Lautaro Mancebo scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Güntekin Adılhan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luís Cubilla's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Dante Lacasa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Cubilla in the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Robert Budrewicz was slow to take the kick. During this time ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Roman Wojton hit a great ball. Bautista Elvira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Güntekin Adılhan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Cubilla in the 61st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Güntekin Adılhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 66th minute. When Robert Budrewicz fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's protests and gave Robert Budrewicz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mexico booed when ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Budrewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Gaona did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Güntekin Adılhan 70 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Cubilla in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Baykal Gulabi got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Güntekin Adılhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico played a much better game than ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ and deserved their victory. The ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
