Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zeledon Quintin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Linea 174 Ramal Castillo's Zeledon Quintin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 35th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Donato Gustau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarl Tholsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute Donato Gustau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Quintin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Zeledon Quintin made a huge save. Eustacio Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Linea 174 Ramal Castillo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Trond Sørli hit a great ball. When Linea 174 Ramal Castillo's Donato Gustau in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
