Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Anselmo Furlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yunus Canver in the 6th minute of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Göpsen FC's Anselmo Furlan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yunus Canver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pantelija Bou. A hard shot 18 in the game by Pantelija Bou from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. After 19 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anselmo Furlan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute, Göpsen FC's Pantelija Bou ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Anselmo Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of play forced Göpsen FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Furlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Pantelija Bou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Göpsen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pantelija Bou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After taking down the ball on Göpsen FC's corner Charles Gallot fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball.

The wind increased when Pantelija Bou made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 50th minute of play forced Göpsen FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Furlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pantelija Bou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Göpsen FC's Anselmo Furlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Göpsen FC from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pantelija Bou in the 63rd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Furlan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anselmo Furlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, Göpsen FC's Beltran De Paula got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Anselmo Furlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Göpsen FC's Vahdet Canbolat got a free kick in the 80th minute. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Furlan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 83rd minute of play forced Göpsen FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Furlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. Pantelija Bou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yunus Canver in the 90th minute of play. Charles Gallot kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
