Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Leo Dauwen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 6th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Roni Coryn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Roni Coryn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bob Leerbels. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 20th minute of play forced Bacardi FC's goalkeeper Leo Dauwen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Facundo Cadaval scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leo Dauwen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bob Leerbels got free with Dante Lacasa in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roni Coryn in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Arnoud Van Gestel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Dauwen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roni Coryn charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roni Coryn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd minute, Falko Schlender hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leo Dauwen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Dauwen having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roni Coryn was the one to do the kick off. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charlie Vercalsteren in the 50th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Åkesson in the 53rd minute of play. With his leg Leo Dauwen managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Mexico's Alberto Tafalla fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 57 minutes into the game, Bacardi FC's Roni Coryn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Bacardi FC's Leo Dauwen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Bacardi FC from getting a goal against them. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoud Van Gestel in the 71st minute of play. In the 77thth minute of the game Bob Leerbels who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoud Van Gestel came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goalkeeper Leo Dauwen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. 91 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Bacardi FC's Leo Dauwen. Leo Dauwen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Charlie Vercalsteren kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
