Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Marten Palermo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play forced BROLY FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidio Cortez having to make a save. 16 minutes into the match, BROLY FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ovidio Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by 谢伟文 in the 22nd minute. Ovidio Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 27th minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ovidio Cortez. Ovidio Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when BROLY FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Rolado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in BROLY FC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidio Cortez came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 谢伟文 to make the kick off. Daniel Zorita had several of the BROLY FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 51 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Ovidio Cortez as he didn't even see the shot coming. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ovidio Cortez. That made the score 1-3 after 55 minutes of play. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by BROLY FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. In the 59th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, 谢伟文 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by 谢伟文 in the 62nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th play minute Cristian Sancho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ovidio Cortez. 1-4. Jaime Ponciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agustín Saelices in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidio Cortez saved BROLY FC from getting behind. Ovidio Cortez made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 谢伟文 in the 73rd minute of the match. When BROLY FC's 谢伟文 in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. In the 78th minute, Jaime Ponciano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. BROLY FC's Nereo Bernad was substituted for Hermengildo Eneas. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ismael Gai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. If Mariano Martxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Martxel in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 93rd minute of play forced BROLY FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The BROLY FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
