After 5 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. 7 minutes into the match, CARMINA REVOLUCIONES's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Oğuzcan Uğursoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Blas Inguma. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Vincent Jansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. CARMINA REVOLUCIONES's supporters rose to their feet, but Vincent Jansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yens De Neuter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yens De Neuter, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The supporters of CARMINA REVOLUCIONES booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Jansson in the 22nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CARMINA REVOLUCIONES's zone, Agustín Saelices stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oğuzcan Uğursoy came out of the goal and Agustín Saelices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oğuzcan Uğursoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Blas Inguma came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the CARMINA REVOLUCIONES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Inguma couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Yens De Neuter sent off a good shot on target. Oğuzcan Uğursoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Oğuzcan Uğursoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 43rd minute of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yens De Neuter in the 44th minute of play. Oğuzcan Uğursoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oğuzcan Uğursoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yens De Neuter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. 62 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Yens De Neuter came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. CARMINA REVOLUCIONES's Yens De Neuter got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When CARMINA REVOLUCIONES's Yens De Neuter in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. In the 69th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of CARMINA REVOLUCIONES booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, CARMINA REVOLUCIONES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Jansson to maneuver through the defense. Yens De Neuter struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CARMINA REVOLUCIONES. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Orland in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Blas Inguma who took care of the corner kick. Yens De Neuter made a great header on CARMINA REVOLUCIONES's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. When Primitivo Andino fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Primitivo Andino a yellow card for diving instead. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. With a little luck, CARMINA REVOLUCIONES's Oğuzcan Uğursoy got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oğuzcan Uğursoy having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
