The referee ignored ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's protests and gave Nestor Quilo a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had been going on for 5 minutes, Karhulan Veikot's Valentin Uusiniemi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jaime Afonso. Valentin Uusiniemi kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Clemente Martino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute Olen Homo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Afonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olen Homo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the game, Bruno Quiroga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Tuomo Puikkonen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Martino in the 20th minute of play forced Karhulan Veikot's goalkeeper Tuomo Puikkonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Olen Homo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Daavid Tuomisaari came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Karhulan Veikot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daavid Tuomisaari couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Olen Homo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jaime Afonso. The goal made the score 2-1. Teuvo Karjalainen kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Karhulan Veikot's Daavid Tuomisaari quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 43rdth minute of the game Clemente Martino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karhulan Veikot's Tuomo Puikkonen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arttu Piiroinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The wind increased when Olen Homo made the kick off in the second half. After 50 minutes, Valentin Uusiniemi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karhulan Veikot and the ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Karhulan Veikot getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Valentin Uusiniemi hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Olen Homo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Tuomo Puikkonen managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Ciriaco Oinaz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 63 minutes into the match, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's goal looked a bit too open when Olen Homo came free, but Jaime Afonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Clemente Martino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tuomo Puikkonen was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. In the 68th minute, Ciriaco Oinaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tuomo Puikkonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Martino in the 70th minute of play. Olen Homo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Martino in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tuomo Puikkonen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 84 minutes, Santiago Ermengol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ and the Karhulan Veikot players grew even worse after the yellow card. Santiago Ermengol kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Tuomo Puikkonen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clemente Martino in the 88th minute. With an all-out effort, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Tuomo Puikkonen threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Clemente Martino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 91st minute, Dante Chico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Martino came free, but Tuomo Puikkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Karhulan Veikot.
