In the 9th minute Olen Homo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorian Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olen Homo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Daddy Seppo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando Ferraz came free, but Tuomo Puikkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Ricardinho Neiva. Daavid Tuomisaari kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 28 played minutes, Microsoft Team's Ricardinho Neiva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tuomo Puikkonen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Microsoft Team reached it. Dorian Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Uusiniemi in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Microsoft Team's goal looked a bit too open when Olen Homo came free, but Dorian Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, Microsoft Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauã Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. Olen Homo made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 34thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Dorian Catarinense would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Teuvo Karjalainen hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Dorian Catarinense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olen Homo in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Ricardinho Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olen Homo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dorian Catarinense firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tuomo Puikkonen saved Karhulan Veikot from getting behind. Arttu Piiroinen kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arttu Piiroinen during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Karhulan Veikot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arttu Piiroinen to maneuver through the defense. Dorian Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olen Homo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Microsoft Team fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Dorian Catarinense went to the wrong direction when Valentin Uusiniemi was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Microsoft Team's Dorian Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olen Homo in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Arttu Piiroinen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Microsoft Team getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Sérgio Loureiro hit a great ball. Microsoft Team's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
