In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Microsoft Team's goalkeeper Dorian Catarinense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 4 minutes, Christoph Gebuers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Beverpatrouille's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christoph Gebuers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 9 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Ricardinho Neiva. Dorian Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Van Bever in the 10th minute of the match. After 12 minutes Microsoft Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stephen Everts who took care of the corner kick. The corner led De Beverpatrouille's Barry Van Bever to a score. 0-1 in the 13th minute. Christoph Gebuers charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christoph Gebuers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to De Beverpatrouille getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Christoph Gebuers hit a great ball. The supporters of Microsoft Team booed when De Beverpatrouille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Van Meerbeek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Garry Heijlen was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cauã Vinhas. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Pedro Soares during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. José Pedro Soares hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After 45 minutes of play De Beverpatrouille's José Pedro Soares was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Luiz Eduardo Netto made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, De Beverpatrouille was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henri-Xavier Geeraerts to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, De Beverpatrouille's Fredrik Van Bever got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57thth minute of the game Luiz Eduardo Netto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Beverpatrouille's Garry Heijlen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christoph Gebuers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Catarinense having to interfere. De Beverpatrouille's Garry Heijlen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 63rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, De Beverpatrouille's Dorian Catarinense threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Christoph Gebuers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 68 minutes into the game, Ricardinho Neiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Microsoft Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Beverpatrouille the free kick. Ricardinho Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Fredrik Van Bever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 played minutes, Microsoft Team's Luiz Fernando Ferraz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Garry Heijlen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Microsoft Team reached it. The supporters of Microsoft Team booed when De Beverpatrouille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri-Xavier Geeraerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Microsoft Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Christoph Gebuers scored to the left of an out of position Dorian Catarinense, making the score, 0-4. If Luiz Eduardo Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, De Beverpatrouille's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Eduardo Netto came free, but Garry Heijlen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the De Beverpatrouille defense, Luiz Eduardo Netto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Garry Heijlen. The De Beverpatrouille fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Garry Heijlen should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Microsoft Team getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ricardinho Neiva hit a great ball. In the 93rd match minute, De Beverpatrouille was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stephen Everts to maneuver through the defense. De Beverpatrouille's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
