The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abel Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Lebron in the 3rd minute of play. Abel Torres didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 8th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Måns Sandberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abel Torres firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 12 minutes, Måns Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Norrlands Athen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Måns Sandberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Måns Sandberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Torres having to make a save. Abel Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Måns Sandberg in the 15th minute. C.R.FlaBrasília's Abel Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save C.R.FlaBrasília from getting a goal against them. Safet Hands made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Eduardo Gaúcho in the 17th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Måns Sandberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.R.FlaBrasília's Abel Torres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Måns Sandberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Torres having to make a save. Måns Sandberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Abel Torres made a huge save. In the 24th minute, Måns Sandberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Måns Sandberg in the 28th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Abel Torres kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 3-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Måns Sandberg got free with Abel Torres in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. C.R.FlaBrasília's Abel Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save C.R.FlaBrasília from getting a goal against them. Juan Lebron succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. 38 minutes into the game, Måns Sandberg lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated Abel Torres. The crowd rose to their feet as Norrlands Athen's Måns Sandberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abel Torres. That made the score 6-0 after 41 minutes of play. 45 minutes into the match, Norrlands Athen's Måns Sandberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Torres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Måns Sandberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Abel Torres skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Lebron stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes C.R.FlaBrasília got a freekick which was hit by Durvalino Breckenfeld. In the 54th minute Måns Sandberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Måns Sandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Måns Sandberg in the 56th minute of play forced C.R.FlaBrasília's goalkeeper Abel Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Måns Sandberg in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Måns Sandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.R.FlaBrasília's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filcho Slivkov was slow to take the kick. During this time Norrlands Athen's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Huang Fei Ting managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Juan Lebron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Abel Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, C.R.FlaBrasília's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Hermansson came free, but Abel Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Lebron in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Torres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 79 minutes, Calle Bergfelt made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. C.R.FlaBrasília's Abel Torres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Gilbert Hermansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Torres was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Gilbert Hermansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. 89 minutes into the match, Juan Lebron notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of C.R.FlaBrasília's Abel Torres. Abel Torres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abel Torres came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Norrlands Athen's Juan Lebron. But to his dismay, Juan Lebron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. In the 96th minute Juan Lebron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Norrlands Athen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
