Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Måns Sandberg in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Vergaray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Osvaldo Vergaray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Lebron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Jacinto Sanson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Safet Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Jacinto Sanson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falconara Albanese's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Sanson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Safet Hands breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olo Hajs hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Raimundo Domingues in the 48th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Safet Hands's left hand side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardo Tab made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Ricardo Tab got a very nice opportunity to score, but Safet Hands was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Falconara Albanese's Osvaldo Vergaray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Huang Fei Ting in the 54th minute of play.
