Fynn John showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barros Guau, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Vicente Rodríguez kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Tomé Brasil came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jorrin Pla could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Ponce in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fynn John prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When CD Golozos's Feliciano Ponce in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlético Mineiro's goalie prevented a goal. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético Mineiro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Feliciano Ponce was slow to take the kick. During this time CD Golozos's players had a chance to rest. Jan Gleba was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. CD Golozos were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Atlético Mineiro's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Feliciano Ponce took the corner. André Luís Best kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Fynn John came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Golozos's Klimowitz Cuba. But to his dismay, Klimowitz Cuba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fynn John showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustinian Gafița, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Falcão Arantes during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Atlético Mineiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Arantes to maneuver through the defense. Iustinian Gafița fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fynn John having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olívio França to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, André Luís Best notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of CD Golozos's Jorrin Pla. Jorrin Pla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klimowitz Cuba got free with Fynn John in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute CD Golozos were awarded a corner. Feliciano Ponce went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Feliciano Ponce got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fynn John quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. César de Queiroz took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorrin Pla. Jorrin Pla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 65th minute, Falcão Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Atlético Mineiro getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Tomé Brasil hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, César de Queiroz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorrin Pla was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Atlético Mineiro's Fynn John played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barros Guau in the 77th minute of play. Jorrin Pla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomé Brasil, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Fynn John made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Jan Gleba sent off a good shot on target. Jorrin Pla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olívio França in the 87th minute of play. With a little luck, Atlético Mineiro's Fynn John got control of the ball when Feliciano Ponce tried to sneak it across the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
