Stephan Wielens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danny Ings, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. De Horsterboeren SV's Stephan Wielens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ed Moore in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Cvetin Luković made a precise shot to the right of Stephan Wielens. De Horsterboeren SV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 11th minute Cvetin Luković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephan Wielens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shi Yao Zhen got free with Jesus Satordi in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jesus Satordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Barchiesi in the 19th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Elizabeth Three Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oskar Vesterberg came free, but Jesus Satordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, De Horsterboeren SV's goal looked a bit too open when Cvetin Luković came free, but Stephan Wielens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stephan Wielens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Dragnev in the 30th minute of play. Jesus Satordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Orlanda in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Ed Moore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephan Wielens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in De Horsterboeren SV's zone, Cvetin Luković stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stephan Wielens came out of the goal and Cvetin Luković tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stephan Wielens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Scholten, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Jesus Satordi made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Shi Yao Zhen sent off a good shot on target. Stephan Wielens came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Ed Moore. But to his dismay, Ed Moore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. De Horsterboeren SV's Stephan Wielens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ed Moore in the 46th minute of play. The De Horsterboeren SV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Elizabeth Three Lions FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Danny Ings to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, De Horsterboeren SV's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Scholten came free, but Stephan Wielens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stephan Wielens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ed Moore, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Anthony Terpstra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stephan Wielens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Scholten in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by De Horsterboeren SV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cvetin Luković was slow to take the kick. During this time Elizabeth Three Lions FC's players had a chance to rest. De Horsterboeren SV's Stephan Wielens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Scholten in the 64th minute of play. Jesus Satordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Vesterberg in the 67th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cvetin Luković in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stephan Wielens saved De Horsterboeren SV from getting behind. In the 73rd minute of the match, Richard Scholten tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stephan Wielens saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 74th minute, Cvetin Luković got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Richard Scholten struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Stephan Wielens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elizabeth Three Lions FC. De Horsterboeren SV's German Orlanda got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 82 played minutes Elizabeth Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Danny Ings. German Orlanda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesus Satordi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Elizabeth Three Lions FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joris Zoetmulder was slow to take the kick. During this time De Horsterboeren SV's players had a chance to rest. After 88 played minutes Elizabeth Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Qian Shu Chong. The supporters of De Horsterboeren SV booed when Elizabeth Three Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alastair Howson didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Stephan Wielens threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Richard Scholten, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
