Baltasar Coya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Carlos Galvan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silas Bastos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Casaviella in the 28th minute. Baltasar Coya came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Federales FC Ψ OFF's Ömer Şahin. But to his dismay, Ömer Şahin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ermegildo Blai charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermegildo Blai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silas Bastos made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Godofredo Igarza sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind 25 de Noviembre FBC's goalkeeper Baltasar Coya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 41 minutes, Juan Casaviella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 25 de Noviembre FBC and the Federales FC Ψ OFF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juan Casaviella hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ömer Şahin to make the kick off. The supporters of 25 de Noviembre FBC booed when Federales FC Ψ OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ömer Şahin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute, Juan Casaviella ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silas Bastos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Baltasar Coya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Quiroga in the 75th minute of play. After 77 played minutes 25 de Noviembre FBC got a freekick which was hit by Lartaun Entrala. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diogo Lopes during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th minute, Diogo Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes in the game Pablo Rotchen did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Angelo Gaskon. After a rather tough play, Federales FC Ψ OFF's Ildefonso Astigar got a free kick in the 86th minute. Angelo Gaskon didn't quite understand what happened when in the 93 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.
