The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Nardo in the 5th minute of play forced Club Sports Pergamino's goalkeeper Paulo Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Napier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Nardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11thth minute of the game Carolo Nardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Sports Pergamino's Paulo Napier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Spams were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Club Sports Pergamino's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Godfredo Galtero took the corner. The corner led to Spams's Karem Eagles getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Karem Eagles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Paulo Napier made a huge save. 15 minutes into the match, Club Sports Pergamino's goalkeeper Paulo Napier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amancio Feliu. With an all-out effort, Spams's Paulo Napier threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carolo Nardo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 18 minutes into the game, Carolo Nardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Paulo Napier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Natalio Telo's late challenge caught a Club Sports Pergamino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natalio Telo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute Carolo Nardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Napier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Tscherner scored 5-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Napier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Michel De Bruyne kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Faustino Jerold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Eguen in the 65th minute of play. Edgar Tscherner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Napier having to make a save. Paulo Napier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Tscherner, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Armando Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Spams were the better team. Spams's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
