Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 40 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ksawery Pyrtek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ksawery Pyrtek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Ksawery Pyrtek came out of the goal and Agustín Saelices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ksawery Pyrtek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ksawery Pyrtek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 71st minute. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 73rd minute. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Zamora in the 76th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, MKS Darlovia Darlowo's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ksawery Pyrtek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by MKS Darlovia Darlowo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Ksawery Pyrtek despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 93rd match minute, MKS Darlovia Darlowo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olaf Degutis to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing MKS Darlovia Darlowo to leave the ground with a draw.
