An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco-Antonio Figueroa in the 10th minute of play forced ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's goalkeeper Alfonso Cauli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Camilo Pino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Cauli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Valletta in the 14th minute of play forced Zorros del Desierto's goalkeeper Abelardo Escerza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Zorros del Desierto's Abelardo Escerza got control of the ball when Augusto Capaldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After taking down the ball on ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's corner Pacho Rino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Abelardo Escerza quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Fabiano Gargano got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 30th minute, Kenji Takahara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimiro Barroso was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Paulo Almi charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Almi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Zorros del Desierto's Paulo Almi got a free kick in the 46th minute. Pacho Rino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Marco-Antonio Figueroa made the kick off in the second half. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Matai Tsipas got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zorros del Desierto's Saturnino Albrecht was substituted for Darien Mantilla. During the 59th minute of the match Paulo Almi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Paulo Almi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ booed when Zorros del Desierto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Almi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abelardo Escerza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Valletta in the 69th minute of the match. Abelardo Escerza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Gargano in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Fabiano Gargano hit a great ball. Abelardo Escerza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Valletta in the 82nd minute of the match. Lucas Jurado's late challenge caught a ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Jurado helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd match minute, Zorros del Desierto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Jurado to maneuver through the defense. Eraldo Marrone kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Zorros del Desierto's Vladimiro Barroso shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Alfonso Cauli but with some difficulty. Alfonso Cauli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Pino in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's goalkeeper Alfonso Cauli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Jurado. 95 minutes into the match, ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Jurado came free, but Alfonso Cauli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Zorros del Desierto players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ.
