Albano Cambranes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 3rd playminute. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Albano Cambranes took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Abelardo Escerza to make any attempt to save it. After 19 played minutes Zorros del Desierto got a freekick which was hit by Zelipe Claro. Abelardo Escerza was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Albano Cambranes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albano Cambranes really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Fidel Lorien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco-Antonio Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 45 minutes, Miren Bacheler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zorros del Desierto and the Monte Hermoso Beach players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Zorros del Desierto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miren Bacheler to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute of the match Arnaldo Matro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abelardo Escerza skillfully saved the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco-Antonio Figueroa to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnaldo Matro kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Abelardo Escerza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Lico in the 57th minute of play. In the 65th minute Anastasio Enol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Escerza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Escerza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Lico in the 70th minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, Zorros del Desierto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Pino to maneuver through the defense. Zorros del Desierto made a substitution. Darien Mantilla replaced Lucas Jurado. In the 75th match minute, Zorros del Desierto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Pino to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when Monte Hermoso Beach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Napier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 98th minute of the match, Camilo Pino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fidel Lorien saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Zorros del Desierto players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Monte Hermoso Beach.
